This apartment is absolutely stunning! The unit is very spacious at 975 square feet, with high ceilings and tons of charm. Beautiful wood floors throughout. There is crown molding throughout the entire aparment and there are french doors for the second bedroom. The eat in kitchen has all new appliances and was recently completely renovated. The master bedroom is very large at 17 x 13. The living room is huge at 26x 14. The second bedroom is perfect for a baby or child. It also could be used as a guest room or office. There are 5 large closets that are very deep. There is unlimited parking, so if you have more than one car it won't be a problem
There is a picnic/bbq area which has benches and a fueled barbacue grill. There is a brand new laundry facility in the buliding which is card (no coins) operated for your convenience..
The location is perfect. 90 Bryant is in the middle of everything, yet very residential and quiet. The train station is very close and it is only 31 minutes to Grand Central . Trains run every 15-20 minutes. All schools are within a half a mile. The post office is 200 yards away.
