First ultrasound of second pregnancy.

IT'S A GIRL!!!
We had another ultrasound today! It was actually a disappointing appointment, they really focused on the baby's spleen, kidneys, heart, measuring the head, belly, femur, etc and looking at the placenta, cord and my ovaries. According to the doctor, that's the POINT of ultrasounds, so we aren't supposed to be disappointed, but we wanted to really SEE our baby you know? *sigh* Oh well, that being said, we did get to see a little bit I guess and we can't complain that they want to make sure everything looks good in there. They assured us that we are having a baby girl...but it sure isn't obvious by the pictures they provided to us. I have a tip about a place an hour or so away that supposedly does the 3D ultrasounds, but I'll have to look into it further. We were also surprised that Italy provided us with a tape of the ultrasound session, and here they 'don't have that capability'. Anyway....I have posted all 8 pictures they provided us with and we will let you all know if we get to have another one soon. We thank God for a healthy baby and will adjust to the fact that it is a girl instead of another boy. Guess it's time to go shopping for pink *grin* I told Jeremee that one place I see me going 'overboard' is on headbands for the baby...I've always loved those! Ok - out of room...much love.
