The purpose of this site is to outline my opinion of how the world should be, or would be, if things were run properly.  I don't know how to implement these ideas, but perhaps with the power or the world wide web I can help make a difference.  I have thoughts on a wide range of subjects and I will try to outline them here as best as I can.  Some of these thoughts are world wide changes right down to my pet peeves that I would like to see fixed.  I also welcome any insight or ideas from any of you reading this.  Feel free to email me  here with your input.
In this day and age with hybrids and alternative energy vehicles in the news and trying to get started everywhere you look, I think that every vehicle produced off of the assembly line should be a hybrid.  The technology is present to do so.  Do away with the gas guzzlers of yesterday and quit making and building new gas guzzlers.  If every vehicle sold is a hybrid than people will no longer have a choice but to help save the environment.
I would like to see the end of standard definition channels and programming.  Walk in to your local electronics store and count how many standard defenition sets are being sold compared to the amount of high definition televisions are being sold.  The are pretty much all HD.  Why are the cable and satellite providers still clinging so much to SD?

The should completely do away with all SD channels.  Make every channel HD.  Quit charging extra for HD programming.  This is not a future standard that we should be paying a premium for.  This is now.  Everything should be HD.  Even if the Cable/Satellite box is hooked up to an SD television it will still play the channels, it will just show as SD.  So instead of having seperate channels for HD and SD and making things confusing, just put it all on one channel.  Older shows and new shows that are standard definition by nature would still be able to play on these channels, but and HD shows would then automatically be played in HD.  I think that would be much better for everybody.
