This is a small listing of chat areas available on the web
that I have visited personally. These areas do not
require any payments or fees (or at least the last time I checked). To join some of
these chat areas as a memeber, a valid e-mail address is a requirement.
However, you may "chat" as a guest for a day if you choose. A larger chat
