I am a Fiction Writing and Journalism double major at Columbia College on Michigan Ave, right down the street from the Art Institute. I love writing, and I'm constantly reading. My favorite authors are Tom Robbins, Lynda Barry, Francesca Lia Block, Poppy Z Brite, Douglas Coupland and Peter Hedges (who I met and he is SO nice!). When I'm not writing I am out dancing at various goth clubs. I love the Cure, Siouxsie, Switchblade Symphony, Bauhaus, Tori Amos, Delirium. But I was a punk back in the day, and I've seen the Descendents, Face to Face, Naked Aggression and plenty of other angry bands.
