You could've had
What so many could only dream.
But you declined
With little thought to decide.
I gave you all my time
All my heart.
You had chance after chance
But you'd never advance.
You do nothing but talk
To keep me hanging by.
But this will be your last.
My days of the waiting have passed.
Your words aren't to be trusted
So I'll no longer listen.
Don't expect me to answer your calls
Or give any response at all.
I won't let a tear fall
Or mourn your distance.
You've treated me wrong
For way too long.
Now I'm ready to let go
And realize the truth.
You're too blind to see
What you could've had with me.
I would've cared for you

To find someone worthwhile.
