‘Sunny Greens’ Greenhouses are situated 13 km away from Albena resort on the way to Dobrich in ‘Batova’ Natural Reserve.
The area is known by its mild climate and higher average annual temperatures. The greenhouses dispose of their own water suppliers and independent electricity section.

Through the support of Center Agency by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Kingdom of Netherlands during the last two years ‘Sunny Greens’ executed PSO project under the name “PSO/Greenvaoer/BG/98”:
- renovated 2,25 ha of total 30 ha greenhhouse area, including re-glaze and re-equipment of the heating, irrigation and ventilation systems
- repaired the existing boilers and buillt alternative steam shop for the nursery garden heating.
- delivered and built cold stores for preeservation of ready production.
- delivered equipment for steaming and pllant protection
- delivered machines for sowing, setting out and packaging of ready production
- built a sorting-packaging station
