The Successful Student
Make school work.

The issues that students have with school are diverse.  Students may exhibit a lack of management skills, they may need an advocate at school, or they may have learning differences or disabilities.

The Problems of Mismanagement
Students tend to mismanage their schoolwork in many ways and all, whether an individual factor or coupled with another can lead to problems in school.:

Procrastination on homework and studying for tests.

Lack of organization.

Failure to plan adequately for long-term assignments and projects.

Lack of awareness about learning style and being unaware of how they should study.

Patterns and habits that hinder success, not just in grades earned, but in material mastered.
