Hi! Welcome to my homepage ... my virtual home on the Internet. First of all, what am I doing here in the first place? I guess this homepage is largely the result of envy ... that's right, envy ... of the aesthetically designed webpages I browse everyday and the beautifully designed homepages of some of my colleagues and friends that I can't help but admire. I guess everybody likes to have a place to call their own, and I am no different. There are very few things in life that come free ... and I guess this free homepage is one of them ... and I am grateful to Yahoo Geocities for allowing me to host it here for free. I had a homepage running earlier on another "free" website, but it disappeared into the annals of the dotcom crash without giving me so much as an opportunity to retrieve it. So, here I am once again ... back at square one. Let's hope this time it stays this way.
Thanks to the omnipresent hand of global commerce, you should see banner ads running on this site. But I guess that's the natural end result when the wheels of global commerce converge with my attempts at creativity. However, I hope this doesn't detract you from going through my homepage.
