Ingredients
:
Six milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), broken into pieces
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Eight whole graham cookies, broken into bite-size pieces

Directions:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, toss chocolate and oil. Microwave, uncovered, at 50-percent power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring once. Stir in marshmallows and graham crackers. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups (about 1/3-cup each). Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.

Recipe makes one dozen.

Cranberry S'mores
Healthy Recipe and gooey treat
for kids of all ages.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
12 graham cracker squares (2-1/2 inches each)
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine marshmallow creme, cranberries and chocolate morsels; mix well.
Place 6 of the graham crackers on a microwave-safe plate. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of marshmallow mixture on each cracker. Top with remaining crackers. Microwave, uncovered, on High 30 to 45 seconds, or until marshmallow mixture is soft and warm.
Note: To prepare in conventional oven, place 6 of the graham crackers in an oven-proof baking dish. Proceed as above and bake in a preheated 350?F oven 2 to 3 minutes, or until marshmallow mixture is soft and warm. 6 Servings.

Teddy Wants S'more Muffins
Ingriedents
42 squares  Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 3 cups crumbs) 
1/4 cup sugar 
1 Tbsp.  Baking Powder 
1 cup milk 
1 egg, lightly beaten 
3 Tbsp. honey 
1-1/2 cups TEDDY GRAHAMS Chocolate Graham Snacks, divided 
1/2 cup Miniature Marshmallows 
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix graham crumbs, sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Add milk, egg and honey; stir just until moistened. Stir in 1 cup of the graham snacks. 
SPOON batter evenly into medium muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray. Toss remaining 1/2 cup graham snacks with marshmallows. Sprinkle evenly over batter; press lightly into batter. 
BAKE 16 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Let stand 5 min.; remove from pan. Serve warm. 
Special Extra: For a special treat, drizzle muffins with 1 melted square of Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate or Carmel. Let stand until set.

Cherry S'more Brownies
A campfire favorite has a new twist.

1 (10-ounce) jar maraschino cherries
1 (19.5-ounce) package fudge brownie mix (for 13x9-inch pan)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
8 whole graham crackers
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Drain maraschino cherries on paper towels; cut in half. Set aside.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, using oil, water and eggs.
Spread melted butter in a 13x9x2-inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with a layer of graham crackers. (If necessary, cut crackers with serrated knife to make them fit pan.) Spread brownie batter over crackers.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven 5 minutes less than directed on the package. Sprinkle chocolate chips, pecans, cherries and marshmallows over the top. Return to oven; bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Let cool. Cut into squares.
Makes 24 squares

Ingredients
1 (18.25 ounce) package French vanilla cake mix
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups water
3 egg whites
24 milk chocolate candy kisses
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
 
  Directions 
1  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
2  In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, water and egg whites. beat for 2 minuutes at high speed of an electric mixer.
3  Divide batter eveny among paper lined cups, filling about 2/3 full. Place a chocolate kiss in each cupcake, pressing in lightly. Spoon 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs onto each cupcake.
4  Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 18 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and top each cupcake with 1 teaspoon marshmallow creme. Dip spoon into hot water to prevent sticking. Return to oven for about 1 minute to melt slightly.

S'more Pancakes

The national grand prize-winning recipe of the Aunt Jemima brand "Cooking with Your Kids Contest" is the 'S'More Pancakes, Please.'
Ingredients:
2 Cups Aunt Jemima Complete  Pancake Mix
1 ½ Cups water
½ Cup coarsely crumbled graham crackers
½ Cup miniature chocolate chips
½ Cup marshmallow cream
Directions:
1. Mix pancake batter and water according to package directions
2. Stir in graham crackers, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream
3. Cook on hot griddle according to package directions until golden brown

Screaming S'mores
30 squares regular or chocolate graham crackers, divided
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chunks
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
1 (10 1/2 ounce) package mini marshmallows
1 (13 ounce) package cocoa-flavored sweetened rice cereal
Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; grease foil. Place 15 graham squares on bottom of pan, overlapping slightly.
Microwave chocolate chunks and 2 tablespoons butter in microwavable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes; stir until melted. Spread 1/2 the melted chocolate over graham squares.
Microwave remaining 4 tablespoons butter in 4-quart microwavable bowl on HIGH for 45 seconds or until melted. Add marsh mallows; mix to coat. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring after 45 seconds. Add cereal; mix to coat.
Press cereal mixture firmly over graham squares in pan. Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate. Immediately top with remaining 15 graham squares. Cool; cut into squares.
Makes 15.
How to press cereal mixture in an even layer: Grease bottom of flat glass or metal measuring cup. Use to press cereal mixture into an even layer.

         S'mores Cups

Based on the old Girl Scout favorite, these are made with graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate. No-bake Smores candy cups are easy to make and great troop snack or classroom
Prep Time : 30min Type of Prep : Chill, Mix / Beat, No-Bake
Occasion : Back to School, Birthdays, Christmas, Fall, Halloween, Picnic, Potluck, Shower, Spring, Summer, Superbowl, Valentine's Day, Winter
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter, not margarine (1 stick)
12 ounces special dark semisweet chocolate (2 giant 6-ounce bars), broken into chunks
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups miniature marshmallows (about 4 ounces)
PREPARATION:
Line mini-muffin tins with muffin papers.
In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate, stirring to avoid scorching, until combined. Remove from heat.
Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each mini-muffin cup. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs while chocolate is still warm and liquid. Place 4 miniature marshmallows on top of graham cracker crumbs. Top marshmallows evenly with remaining chocolate (re-warm chocolate, if necessary).
When trays are full, tap gently on the counter to force chocolate down and around the marshmallows. Chill at least two hours. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 4 dozen Smores cups
