Being a Military Wife

You will notice that some links are not up & running, because I have chose to completely redo this web site to fit me as a person instead of just part of me.

When I decided to create this area, I had many choices of what I could have put here. I am a mother, military spouse, sister, friend, volunteer ... I enjoy many things, obviously being online, time with my family, arts & crafts, reading, writing .... I originally wanted to do something that was focused on one aspect for the time being. So, after much though & consideration. I choose to create an area that is an aspect that I unfortunately do not get to show the world that often.

My Journal Says it best:

I am a Mother. I am a Military Wife.

I am a Sibling. I am Friend.

I am a Military Brat. I am a Pagan.

I am those, but I am by far much more than simple phrases and words. I am a person with emotions. Expand upon those & you will find a person who is not perfect.

My hobbies and interests include spending time with my family, arts & crafts, and reading.

Obviously I am interested in self-improvement. I feel that any one can remain the same, but to strive to improve yourself ... if you have done it you understand!

We are a military family. I don't mean simply my husband is military, because we have many other family members who are also military. We are very proud of each & everyone of them.

About me. As a child I was not raised with
a strict religious background. But I made
sure that as I grew up that I learned what I
could.
I went to Sunday School, attended Youth
Bible Study, played the Virgin Mary for a
few years for the live nativity scene,
studied Paganism & other religions as a
teenager & young adult. I made my choice
based on the knowledge that I had gained
over the years.

I have friends from all walks of life. Other families, both on & off line; those from my childhood & teenage years, who are so patient with me when it comes to keeping in touch. I have those that I have met at our various duty stations. I find that having such a broad range of friends is a reward in itself.
