Strahd's Homepage

"I, Strahd, Lord of Barovia, well aware certain events of my Reign have been desperately misunderstood by those who are better at garbling history then recording it, hereby set down an exact record of those events, that the truth may at last be known...

From the personal journal of Lord Strahd Von Zarovich, excerpt from the novel, "I, Strahd", by P.N. Elrod.

"Women are my weakness. Or to be more accurate, I should say they are my greatest weakness, for I have many. Travel, Books, Classical Music. Art. Excellent wine. And, formerly, cocain. I admit these thigs without a sense of guilt, I am, as my friend from Vienna says, a man with a man's contradictions.
I am neither good nor bad, neither angel nor devil.
I am a man.
I am a vampire."

Excerpt from the novel, "I, Vampire", by Michael Romkey

Personal Motto: "Don't worry. Whatever problems happen, they happen for a reason, and sooner or later, a solution presents itself to correct that problem. And if not, then there was nothing you could have done in the first place to correct it. So why spend the entire time worring about the problem. That only cause more problems."
