| Spike Spiegal: Sexy, dangerous, and a Space Cowboy to boot, what more could a woman want? ^^; Anyway, Spike has a pretty good reputation as a bounty hunter, and seems to be decently well known among the bounty heads. Personally I think he's tough guy, with a hint of idocy. Never let him near a piece of faulty equipment, he'll try to fix it by kicking it, and only making the problem worse. We don't know much about his past, but as the series goes along we learn more about him and his former colleagues. |
| Faye Valentine: A woman who is literally a blast from the past. She was in an accident during her first trip into space. She was put in a cryogenic state for a few decades and came out with no memories of who she was or where she came from. As she goes along, she tends to get into trouble, and a major case of debt. Don't leave her alone for long periods of time, she just might rob you blind. And here's another bit of advice, never take her to a casino on the first date, you'll be broke in a matter of minutes. Late in the show she regains the memories of her past but decides to stick around, besides where else would she go? |
| Jet "Black Dog" : This Policeman turned bounty hunter is the owner and captain of the Bebop. I guess you could say he's the leader of the group, but then again, nobody ever listens to him. Poor Jet, the things he has to put with. But the fact that he puts up with Faye and Spike proves just how reliable he really is. He always there to back you up. I'm just glad this Black Dog is one of the good guys, cause once he's got you in his jaws he doesn't let go. |
| Ed: Ah, Ed, now here's an unusual girl. For the life of me I can't remember her full name, it's just way to long. Ed, is just your run of the mill child genious/idiot. She's probably one of the best hackers I've ever seen. If Ed can't hack into it, it can't be hacked. Later on we find out just why she acts the way she does, her dad is the same way as her. Insanity must run in the family. The stupid man left her in a freakin' Daycare for years. But Ed, is a much loved character, by the fans at least, she just adds humor this classic anime. |
| Ein: Every one loves Ein the super smart canine! Ein is some sort of scientifically advanced experiment, who joins the crew when a bounty is after him. This super cute pooch may not be much of a guard dog, but he's just as much of a genious as our beloved Ed. |
| Vicious: Here we have our classic sphycotic bad guy. My best friend Kinneas67 is absolutely in love with him. Personally he scares me. Vicious is someone from Spike's past, and is constantly dealing in illegal activities. He tries to kill our hero twice during the series, until they both die in the final episode. |
