In my product descriptions, the words "silver" and "gold" may be used. These descriptions refer to a metal's color and is not meant to imply that the products are Sterling silver or 14 kt. gold. Some of my jewelry is Sterling silver or 14 kt. gold-filled, and when these materials are used, they're described as such. I want my creations to be beautiful, bright and sparkley, but at the same time--affordable! Sterling silver and 14 kt. gold are expensive. Many other artisans work only with these precious metals, but I prefer to use them sparingly to keep my prices reasonable. I work with genuine semi-precious gemstones such as Jasper, Agate, Rose Quartz and Turquoise and add a little bit of sparkle to nearly every piece with real Swarovski crystals, Czech glass beads and glass pearls.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
I take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card, just follow the instructions when checking out for non-Paypal customers. Money orders are also accepted, please call in your order if paying by this method for further information.
WEBSITE PHOTOGRAPHS:
There's not one item that looks half as good on this site as it does in person. I'm an artisan, not a photographer, and in order to keep my prices down, I can't pay for each of my products to be professionally photographed. Because of the amount of crystals in most of my jewelry, flash photography distorts and causes lens flare, therefore most of the images on this site were done on a scanner, which often caused colors to bleed. Trying to correct the bleeding with photo software fades the entire image, and the colors aren't nearly as bright and beautiful as they are in person. If you like what you see on this site, then you will LOVE what you get in the mail.
RETURNS:
I want you to be happy with everything you purchase from me. It's my hope that when your jewelry arrives, you'll be surprised at how much more beautiful it is than you expected. If, on the other hand, you're unsatisfied with your purchase, send it back within 30 days for a full refund (sorry, I can't refund shipping costs unless the product is defective).
SHIPPING CHARGES:
I ship all items "Priority Mail" with the United States Post Office for a flat rate of $6.00 per order to one address. One pair of earrings, or twenty necklace sets to one address--same shipping cost! Expedited shipping is available for extra charge. Please call in orders that must be shipped immediately with a faster shipping method.
CUSTOM DESIGN WORK:
Know exactly what you want, but don't see it on the site? I can create it for you! I always have hundreds of colors and styles of beads, crystals and semi-precious stones on hand, and would usually be able to make and ship what you're looking for within 48 hours. If I need to order materials to make your special item, it would only take an extra week to get the supplies on hand. Call or e-mail me describing exactly what you want, the colors desired and the length. I'll get back to you with a price quote, and a 25% deposit will get me working on it right away. If you supply an e-mail address, I'll scan a picture of the finished jewelry for your approval before the balance is due and the product shipped out.

I offer online what my in-town customers receive: a "rewards program" for large orders. Host a virtual party by having your friends shop the site. Take their orders, collect the funds and call the orders into me. I'll put the jewelry on reserve so it can't be sold to anyone else, and will ship all the jewelry to the hostess's address as soon as the checks clear. To qualify for hostess rewards, the total order must be for at least ten items (one earring/necklace set counts as two items). The hostess will receive 15% of the total amount of sales to spend on anything on the site.
