Malden High Street at dawn
I am in the habbit of going for early morning walks. I sat on the bench in the forground for a rest on this particular morning. It took a few minutes until I realised the view that was on my left.

Malden dock on a misty morning
Another early morning walk. I had been in England for only a very few days at this time; my second visit. The previous visit had been about 32 years earlier.

The road to Vindolanda
On the left the combination of the brilliant colours brought out by the early morning sunlight and the mist on the distant hills was irresistable. Canon EOS 300v 35mm SLR, negative scanned at 7MP.
On the right it was the sunlight on the posts, trees, and fields; and the
fence-lined lane that made the scene. Kodak 2MP digital.
Garden path at Slaughter
Noticed in passing at a quantly named village of Slaughter in the Cotswalds.
