This is a severe form of ketogenic diet.  It is not easily sustainable for the long-term.  It may be useful in breaking plateaus (stalls) & in those too impatient to allow their bodies to take the fat off gradually at its own pace.
NOTHING ELSE IS PERMITTED ON THIS DIET--NOTHING! IF IT'S NOT MENTIONED IN THE FOLLOWING LIST, DON'T EAT OR DRINK IT.
Eat all you wish of the following foods to satisfy hunger.  If you eat until you've satisfied your hunger but haven't stuffed yourself, and then feel hungry before the next meal, you can eat again, but only from the foods listed here.  In fact, you're better off eating smaller meals 6 to 7 times a day.
No butter, NO margarine, NO oils, NO fat, or greases are to be used either in the cooking, marinating or applied at the time of eating the eating.  Use PAMI spray only.
Lean Meats & Poultry ( with ALL fats trimmed off):
Beef - 90% lean or higher only 
Chicken Breast boneless/skinless
Leg of Lamb 
Rabbit 
Turkey (white meat only)
Veal
Pork (minimal marbeling)
Any lean Fish - check nutritional info:
Examples: flounder, haddock, cod & perch
Any lean seafood - Check nutritional info:
Examples: shrimps, scallops, lobsters, oysters, clams, crabs.
Eggs - any style
Cheese - ONLY THESE TYPES:
1% cottage cheese, Fat free cottage cheese, Farmers Cheese, Pot Cheese.  Made with skim milk only.  Some people find they can also use fat free processed slices, or fat free shredded cheeses (I buy Kraft brand).  I also found that I can use 2 tablespoons of regular Romano cheese  as it only has 1.5 grams of fat and adds a ton of flavors to sauces.
Drinks - Half your weight in oz of pure water per day as a minimum is absolutely Essential:
After you have consumed all of your water you can have as much as you want of coffee and tea with no cream, no milk & no sugar. You may sweeten with non-caloric sweeteners to taste.  Avoid nutrasweet/equal.  Enjoy all the club soda, and non-caloric carbonated beverages you wish.
Coffee, tea and non-caloric carbonated beverages as in addition to your minimum amount of water NOT IN REPLACEMENT OF THEM…Only pure water is considered water…(no lemon in your water either).  This is an integral part of the specific internal process put into motion by the Quick Weight Loss Diet.  Much more of your body fat is burned up than with most other diets.  This leaves in its wake the waste products of burnt fat, ketones.  Ketones must washed out of your system by water, which also serves to relieve any unpleasant dryness and taste in the mouth.
Seasonings & Condiments - Limited amounts:
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, garlic cloves, other herbs and spices that don’t contain fat, cocktail sauce (low-Carb only), Tabasco sauce, horseradish, ketchup (low-carb only).  Fat free salad dressings for marinating your meats, Fat free Mayo, Fat free margarine.  I also found that I can substitute 1/4 cup of plum/roma tomatoes puree/stewed tomatoes instead of ketchup in recipes.
If you disregard the instructions and eat regular carbohydrates or sugar or alcohol, you will stop burning up stored fat as efficiently. Even one indiscretion, one mouthful of ice cream, for example, will  set you back a day or two.
This diet has practically no residue (fiber).  Therefore it is likely That you may not have a bowel movement for a few days, although not necessarily so.  In any case don't be alarmed by any such lack.  [note: 1500 to 2000mg of vitamin C per day should take care of this problem]
You must take a good quality multivitamin every day.
