The apartment is a luxury two twin bedroom,two bathroom with separate fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven etc., a large sitting room with dining area for six people.
Tastefully furnished with satellite TV.,CD stereo and double bed settee.
The front terrace is large and south facing with table, chairs and two relaxers, there is also a smaller terrace at the rear off the kitchen and back bedroom. The apartment is three years old and has marble floors throughout. |

The Area |

The area our apartment is in is Bena Vista and we are called Sun Gardens, we have our own good sized communal swimming pool with kiddies pool and large garden area. The beach, bars and restaurants are just a short walk away as are the tennis courts, bowling greens, and El Paraiso golf club designed by none other than Gary Player. The apartment is perfectly situated for all tastes. |

Costa del Sol is Europe's favorite golf destination, if you are a golfer you won't need me to tell you that , the weather is warm and sunny most of the year and therefore great for winter golf and with over thirty prestigious and championship courses between Marbella and Estepona you are spoiled for choice, even Valderrama at Sotogrande where visitors pay £120 for a round is only a short drive. |

Touring |

Our apartment is in an area perfect for touring and visiting a great many well known parts of Costa del Sol you read about in holiday magazines like, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Marbella, Sotogrande, Gibraltar etc.. Even the Algarve is only a 4 hr. drive away. One of Phil Llewellin's 10 most beautifull drives in the world is Marbella to Ronda and back as it ends near Gibraltar this means you don't have to go all the way back to Marbella to end the 140 mile round trip... |

Family Holidays |

There is so much to do and see locally for people and children of all ages, you don't even need a car, if it's a relaxing holiday you want this whole area is part Estepona and classed as residential therefore there are no high rise apartment blocks or large hotels, relax all day on the terrace or down at the pool, or take a short walk to the beach and enjoy a drink or a meal or both at one of the many beach bars.
Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged by us or try carjet.com for very good prices and service.
Maid service, towel and linen change is once a week unless you request extra..
Prices are...Low season, November to March...................................£300 per week
Mid season, April,May, June and October......................£355 per week
High season, July, August and September......................£450 Per week
