Initiated in 1976, Steve Hewell has been a Feri Witch and priest for nearly 30 years, and had the privilege of studying directly with Victor and Cora Anderson, the founders of the Feri tradition. An original member of Silver Wheel Coven, he also composed much of the teaching material for what became the Bloodrose school. He has studied extensively in the martial arts. While striving to maintain the integrity of the core tradition as he recieved it from the Andersons, Steve has chosen to emphasize the Southern Folk Magic strands of Feri more fully, in reverence for his own ancestral ties. Steve lives and teaches in Atlanta, Georgia, with his much-loved partner of 13 years.
