A little bit about me.
It all started when I  was a little boy.  I guess I was about 6 or 7 years old. My mother would put me to bed, and after about an hour or two, I would sneak down stairs to watch what ever monster movie I could, Frankenstien, The Wolfman, Creature from the Black Logoon, I still love those old classics.  As I got older my love monsters and gore got more intense.   I got my first make-up kit when I was 9 years old........LOL!!!!  It was this silly little knox gelatin kit with a bunch of stock molds for noses cut and scars.
Everytime I went to the video store, I would spend hours just looking for the right horror movie to watch.  After a while I had seen every horror movie in the place.  I would beg my mother and father to take me to the movies to see such shows as, Halloween and Friday the 13th.  The whole time my parents telling me not to get scared and come into thier room to sleep.  But it seemed, no matter how hard I tried, after every movie I would get so scared I'd end up in thier bedroom sleeping on the floor.
Then came 1981 and "An American Werewolf in London"(A bench mark in make-up artistry)  I was fascinated.  Who was this person that did this incredible Werewolf make-up.  Well we all know who it was.  After that I sunk myself into learning as much as I could about make-up FX and the people doing it.  I learned about Rick Baker, Tom Savini and Dick Smith.
I got my hands on what ever I could that had to do with make-up.  But where I come from that kind of stuff was very hard to come by.  I even got our house in fested with mice one time when I made up some FX blood with peanut butter and corn syrup, and let it sit out for too long. (If you want to catch a mouse, that is the perfect bait)

After a couple of years of playing, learning and doing some haunted houses, I decided it was time to move on.  I came to California in 1991 and went to school to learn more tricks of the trade.  After Graduation, they were so impressed with my work, that they asked me to be an instuructor, needing a job, I took it.  About the same time I got lured away from the make-up biz and into the stunt biz.  Forgetting why I was here I got involved in the stunt work and did that for 10 years.  I recently left stuntwork because I realized were my heart really is and that's in the make-up biz.  I love creating and scaring people.  I guess it's the instent gradification.  So for the last year or so,I've been re-polishing my skills and getting my name back out there to all the shops.

So there you have it, a little bit about me.
