On this page I have included some of the things I have worked on over the years. It's mostly (demo) songs I recorded while playing with the band Extreme Caution. We were mostly a 3 piece garage band with me on bass, vocals and keyboards, Carlos Serrano on drums and Jim Tye on guitar and vocals. We mostly played at Cardi's Nightclub plus a few other places around town. I will be adding more songs later as I get time to upload them. The version of Believe I have here is a spoken word version from when I submitted it for a poetry contest. I'm thinking the person who did it was named Ira Westberg.

You can check out my MP3.com site for some more songs. As of 4/7/03 the song "No Sh*t" is #1 on the Houston MP3.com Charts. The origins for this song come from a Christmas present C-man and Granny T gave me. It was a T-shirt that instead of "See no evil, Hear no evil ..." it replaced evil with sh*t. While waiting on Caveman at band pratice we came up with the song since I was wearing the shirt at the time:) Also, the song "Wee the Freed" was #1 on the Houston MP3.com charts a few years back. It is also the unofficial theme song for Houston NORML. Feel free to purchase the CD too. It makes a great X-mas present.

I was thinking of putting up a bunch of pictures of family and friends but you only get so much space with the Geocities free site. Click HERE to see my photo gallery from Yahoo photos.

I have been working on my family tree and had it posted to rootsweb.com but they started a thing where if they think someone is still living they mask their first name. For those in my family that would would like to download a copy of the ged file CLICK HERE. You should be able to import it into most family tree programs. The name of the file is from Pam Nolin's mom. She does a lot of geneaology and added a lot of info that I didn't have. If you have anything to add just email me and I will update and upload. Hopefully I will have more to add after the Bowen family reunion on 7/5/03.
