The kayak Osprey Standard from Pygmy Boats.  Came in two boxes, one with the planks and a second that contained all epoxy and resin.  This is the work area I've set-up in a barn on-lona from Dennis and Andrea.

So far, everything laid out and inventoried.  Largest pieces are just under 8 feet.
First step is to butt up the individual planks and epoxy together.  The bricks are weighing down on the joints to keep it level as it dries.

After this step, you end up with 12 planks, each just under 16 feet long.  Starboard and port sides are identical.

Starting to take shape.  The two keel panels are wired together along with some temp frames that help it take shape.  Before this picture, I drilled 1/16" holes along the edges of all the planks, wire fed through and twisted tight holds the planks together.  Although drilling several hundred holes in my boat may seem counterintuitive, the instructions promise that it will not be a problem... I hope.
