Why this works is a mystery, but it does.
Mix all ingredients and roll in balls. The bigger the ball the bigger the cookie. Put on ungreased cookie sheet one inch apart. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes. Leave in the pan for 5 minutes after baking before removing to cool.
