Happy May Day! May is such a fragrant month. The iris are starting to bloom, and the peonies aren't far behind. As I walk through our neighborhood, the scent of lilac drifts my way.

The days are getting warmer and longer here in the Midwest, though we still have occasional rain showers. On the sunny days, I begin to think about sun tea. On the rainy days, I cuddle up with a hot cup of tea. To reflect the fragrant and rainy/sunny season of May, I've chosen a tea that is good both iced and hot to feature in May: Ginger Peach.
