I first got started on Classic Cars when I was 16 years old, collecting the 1950s Petrol cans like Shellmex & Bp then went onto old tools including singer oil cans.After that it was classic motorcycles where my friend and I bought a 1964 BSA Bantam D10.
Then came would you believe it cycle motors ie BSA Winged Wheel and cymotor.Mathew and I then Became addicted to classic cars and at 18 I bought my first, a 1963 Hilman 1600 (reg WYJ 201) this car was featured on the Tv series Heartbeat.
Guess after that I wanted something diffrent so I aquired a 1971 Hilman Imp, what a fun car to drive I loved it as I did all the others. Classic cars to me are beutifull automobiles built with a big heart, they are put together like no car made today and last they do.
I am hooked on them and will be till the day I die because they come with history and looks that could kill especially the Humber Scepter, this is why I have dedicated this site to that very car.
