Disassembling the body and removing engine and transmission.
Starting to remove paint from body parts, using commercial and household paint strippers. The two paint strippers I am using are an Aircraft Paint Remover with a huge pricetag, and a Remover from a farm supply store at one third the price. Both products do about the same job.
One of the keys to success here, is the temperature of the air and the surface you are taking paint off of. Second, only brush on in one direction. Three, brush on a second coat before the first dries. Four, give it time to work. This can take up to two hours.
