MISSION:
Our mission is to provide employers with a resource for highly qualified staff, while providing jobseekers a complete support mechanism to find their next opportunity.
We are run as a non-profit, volunteer organization
OBJECTIVES:
* Provide a forum for communication that supports our mission
* Provide employers with the ability to review our member's qualifications on-line
* Enable members to build rapport with fellow members
* Encourage members to help each other
* Help members prepare for interviews
* Help members prepare their resumes
* Give emotional support during these trying times

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
All we ask is that you come prepared to help each other.  All faiths are welcome.  This group is focused on the mission and objectives listed previously.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Absolutely nothing, except we all chip in $3 each week which covers coffee and donuts($1) and use of the High School facilities including the computer room($2).

WHERE DO WE MEET?
We meet in the Cafeteria at Westfield High School,550 Dorian Rd,Westfield,NJ 07090-3302

WHEN DO WE MEET?
We meet every Wednesday Evening from 7pm to 9pm

HOW DO WE DO IT?
Volunteers within the organization are providing all the human services.  We use an Internet group service and our meeting room and computer room are provided by the High School.

WHAT KIND OF HELP DO WE NEED?
We need Business Owners, Recruiters, & HR Department Managers, who will use our network as a low cost alternative to finding highly qualified staff.
