Dear Sir; SITUATION VACANT - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/COMPUTER With
reference to the above-mentioned matter, I would be very grateful if

any of job opportunities that are available and relevance to my Information
Technology/Computer qualification and experiences in your company. I
am a Diploma in Information Technology holder from SAL College.
Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) controls the examination. My CGPA
is 3.09/4.00. I was one of the College Student Society Committee. I am working as Project Coordinator at MIMOS Smart Computing Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of MIMOS Berhad). The company is dealing with technology related matters in the formulation of national strategy and develop technology based market-making products that will fully utilize IT in our country. It is the major provider of computing equipment and solution in the country and South East Asia. I am reporting to the Special Project Department Manager. Presently, I am handling Malaysia Smart School IT Lab Project. My job scope and responsibility is planning, controlling and coordinating the tasks or activities within the project and harness the resources available to achieve set objective and targets. The overall planning, control and coordination of the above project from inception to completion on time, within cost and required quality standards. I have to coordinate and manage site meeting, logistic and deliveries of PC and other related products. Then, I need to prepare reports and update to client any project status and dateline. I also need to monitor progression and resolved problems as when required other than synchronizing all activities and tasks. Before
that, I was working at IntegritSistem (M) Sdn Bhd as Technical
Marketing Executive. The company is the Malaysia sole reseller for RealNetworks
products such as RealPlayer, RealProducer, RealServer, RealPresenter,
etc. I was supporting the Marketing Executive technically like
setting up computers and peripherals during exhibitions or
demonstration, advice customers or future prospects about products and
services. I did the after sales service and gave training in using the
products. Internally, I was responsible to the computer and networking
system. I
use SMIL Programming Language as the media streaming technology
programming language. I
am familiar with applications like RealSystem Server, RealProducer,
WebMin, Remote Administrator, OstroSoft Network Tools,
Microsoft FrontPage, and Photoshop on Linux, Windows
NT, Windows 2000 and Windows 98/95 platform. Before,
I was a Web Programmer at Soft-H Multimedia Sdn. Bhd. My
function was like designing and maintaining websites. Check out this

was using tools like Homesite, Macromedia Flash and Macromedia
Director together with Lingo Programming Language. Previously,
I was a Computer Technical Engineer at Comvisnet (M) Sdn. Bhd.
As Comvisnet IT Club President, I was responsible for the club
development and activities such as members’ awareness in Information
Technology and computers other than in promoting and marketing the club
and company in exhibitions. I have developed the company website at http://www.jaring.my/comvisnet/.
It is where my experience in website development begin. During
the past few years, I have developed a fair degree of maturity,
confidence and analytical mind. I always update and upgrade myself in
Information Technology and computers to keep in pace that are growing
so fast nowadays. Thus, if I succeeded in this application, I am
willing to attend any courses that are related to the job that would be
assigned, for company growth and my carrier advancement. I will be very
grateful if you could offer me a job opportunity in your company.
