Montel Williams Semi-Startle

I wanted to share a little startle if this could be called a startle. I was watching Montel Williams the show was about corporal punishment. they talked about school paddling as well as domestic CP, In detail they described how they administer the spankings and paddling. and the biggest shock was when montel asked one of the guests to swat him with his belt as hard as he does his child.
