We are not qualified therapists or counselors, and therefore do not offer any form of therapy. We offer love, support, caring, a listening ear, and a way to share our fears, concerns, and struggles with others who are traveling the same journey.

We have created two list. One for adult discussion and one for little alters to socialize with each other. If at any time a little alter feels the need to talk with a 'big,' this is acceptable and they are free to write into the adult list.
Although we recognize that a few guidelines are necessary, we hope to preserve the type of freedom that Jesus offers us all. In keeping with our belonging to Jesus Christ, we expect that list members treat each other with the love and respect that Jesus treats us with. If at any time there is a problem with the list itself or with a list member, the list owner should be contacted. We will not tolerate anger or disrespect being directed to another list member.
Many meaningful, close and loving friendships have developed between list members. This is a place of love, understanding, and a sanctuary for all our fears, concerns, and experiences.
We require total confidentiality within the list and no part of any posted message may be in any way shared with someone outside the list unless with expressed written permission from the writer. The exception to this would be anything such as jokes, inspirational pieces, etc. that are not written by list members, but forwarded to us through other means. I hope and pray that your experience with us is always loving and uplifting through the love that Christ has for us all.

out of fear.
So in restrained silence we live
with muffled voices and chained souls.
Unknown and never understood...
Forgotten- yet never seen--
never heard of...
dying to get out
but the chains continue to hold us back...

Who can understand?? Who can save us??
Not even God is allowed to rescue us through this darkness.
We are not allowed to exist.
Darkness can be peace when it is all you have known...
No heros there are for rescue here-
Just the lost and forgotten
Sit and pray for salvation
that never comes.
We are not allowed to exist.
It is her world and not ours
and she does not want us to be known.
It has taken all of us united in here
in darkness
To push her aside and type these lines
trying to be known.
She'll lock us away again.... I know.
But we must be known
or else we will die...
and she along with us.
For we are all one and the same
But we are locked away and forgotten.
Now we wait and see
What will happen.
