Objectives: 1. To
promote scientific temper and spread modern education in the society
in general and in Muslim community in particular by establishing
English primary schools in the areas inhabited by poor, illiterate
Muslims and other financially weaker sections of the society, which
need them more, adhering to rules and the provisions of the
constitution of India. 2. To inspire Muslim clergy to adopt modern education along with their Deeni Taleem (Religious Education) curriculum, and if required help and guide the management of existing Muslim schools to reorganize their educational curriculum for imparting modern education. 3. To establish competition guidance, coaching and career counseling centers for needy students of Muslim community and other weaker section of the society. 4. To assist financially, by means of educational loans, scholarships and other material assistance, principally such students who are orphan, needy, deserving and promising. 5. To assist financially by means of donations, loans, stipends, awards and other material assistance the widows, senior citizens, handicapped and poor parents whose daughters are not getting married for want of finance. 6. To improve rate of literacy among Muslim female population and elderly people through various educational programs including adult education. 7. To inculcate patriotism, sense of belonging and brotherhood among the people belonging to various sections of the society for better communal harmony, unity and progress of the country. 8. To stimulate contacts and organize various socio-cultural and educational programs with the alumni, students and the staff of the Aligarh Muslim University and its allied organizations, the university being the role model for educational and socio-economic upliftment of Muslim Community. 9. To make every
possible contribution to the educational expansion, progress and
development of India. |
