The Results:
1st Place: Bulgaria Won 3 lost 1
2nd Place: Greece Won 3 lost 1
3rd Place: Turkey Won 0 Lost 4
This was one of Turkey's first participations in an international tournament and they played very well considering that their team is very new and the sport of baseball has only recently started any development in that country.
Although Bulgaria and Greece had equal records, Bulgaria had a better run difference and thus took first place.
The next Balkan Tournament will again be hosted by the HABF in Athens during the first week of November 2006.
