Service Dress Blue Uniform

1. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1/2” up from the bottom of the lapel.

2. The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4” above the top of the pocket.

3. The Anchor/Rank should be postioned 1 1/2” above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2” out from the center.
