PRAYER WARRIORS
 

I joined a group just today
for the first time in my life
I always thought I'd never be
entangled in some one elses life.

Yet when the invitation came
it tugged at my heart
here was something I could do
if only I would take part.

A little note from Suegram
to ask if I had time
to join with her and many others
to form a special line.

It would reach from coast to coast
I knew I had to be a part
to answer such special needs.

It doesn't take money, riches or  fame
just a little time on my knees
to lift my fellowman up to GOD
when they became too weak.

As I read each request
some tear me up inside
I find my self almost in tears
as their request they confide.

They really need our stength of prayer
some too weak to do it alone
some how I knew that  if I could help them
by taking their needs to the throne.

Some may never know my name
but thats alright you see
for one day I may have a request
and need you to pray for me.
