All-Wright Site - Frank Lloyd Wright Building Guide - England
There is one Frank Lloyd Wright site in England: the Edgar
Edgar
J. Kaufman Office which, in this building guide, is indexed in
the Pennsylvania page. This office was built and originally located in
Pennsylvania, but is now part of the
Victoria and Albert Museum. Please
see the museum's web site for location information and hours.
Department-store owner Edgar J. Kaufmann was the client for what is
perhaps Wright's most famous work: the house known as
Fallingwater.
England is one of the few countries outside of the United States where
examples of the work of architect Frank Lloyd Wright can be found.
