About me : Hi! My name is NICOLAE IONITA and I am born in 1951. I am from Romania. My first cartoon was published in 1969 in the Urzica Magazine . I am a founder member of The Cartoonist's Club of Romania and a member of Federation of European Cartoonists Organization (FECO). I am also a member of International Association of Humorist's Brodolom (Yugoslavia). My cartoon works have been selected in over 150 International Exhibitions in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Canada, Cuba, England, France, Greece, Holland, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Yugoslavia, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Turkey and so on. My record comprises 27 awards in my country and 24 International Awards. I have published more than 10.000 cartoons in almost important newspapers and magazines in Romania and neighboring countries.
