These had been composed before 1990 when I was in my teens. Each had its unique tune and I liked them very much. As I come from Ukraine, I could hardly have made SONGS IN RUSSIAN known to people. Now I had long since given up music, but the lyrics are still in my files.
These are the actual samples of my translation work. They have been paid for and published. To the best of my knowledge, the authors of the original Ukrainian verses are hardly known in Ukraine or elsewhere.
These were composed between 1990 and 1992. They were occasionally presented at Ukrainian song festivals.
Once I used to study fine arts. As it turned out, I have no works of mine left - they got lost over the years. Likewise, I seem to have no pictures of me playing or singing. I didn't care one way or the other at the time. These are my rather recent photos.
