CATALYSTS

By

Carole Ann Heaster

A day spent quietly with two true friends

Beside the sea.

Conversing in all matters Of deeds need done and words to set.

Elevation of my spirit inspires lines of reminiscences

for gentle solitude of dawns to come.

Such are those who guide this pen

All treasures of the Earth be wrapped in one

who lifts my heart, restores my soul

and Dares Me Conquer Dormant Talents Laid To Rest.

This world's rewards for gifts as these are naught

But, surely, God is smiling,

Outstretched arms awaiting thee.

Heaven's treasures only

shall you see.
