Memories of Mine

I have the strange feeling I'm late for school
I've missed the bus and slid off the road
I feel, I've spoken out of turn

Said the wrong thing,
without saying a word

I feel,
I've been dropped into a city
without any clothes
without a home
Alone and unknown

I'm mourning the death of someone
That was never even born
Surrounded by friends
butn quite sure I'm alone

Somewhere, somehow
I've left it behind
Something has died.

On a chilling, rainy eve
it was sealed inside a tomb
I cried
It was buried alive

Vanished forever
to the cobwebs of time

I look upwards toward the sky
Lost forever
in those sweet memories of mine.
