Stephane Anelli - Tony

Stephane trained professionally at Laine Theatre Arts.
He is very pleased to be returning to Saturday Night Fever having first appeared as Double J in the original German cast after graduating from college. In addition, he understudied and played the role of Tony Manero on numerous occasions, not only in Germany but also in the first UK tour of the show.
Since completing the tour Stephane has spent a very successful year working extensively in the commercial dance scene. This began with a UK arena tour followed by a European album promotion for S Club 7. He went on to work on the UK arena tour with the Pop Idol finalists and then with Sophie Ellis Bextor for the worldwide promotion of her album Read My Lips and the single "Murder on the Dancefloor".
Additional performances within the music industry include a video promotion for Emma Bunton EMMA Awards with The Lighthouse Family, Record of the Year with Atomic Kitten and The Number 1 Party with Nancy Sinatra.
Other commercial credits include Peugeot trade show (dancer/Assistant Choreographer, Birmingham NEC), Wella Hair Show (London), Vodafone Spring Ball (Earls Court, London), General Motors dealer launch (Cannes, France), The Royal Variety Performance, Indent for UK Bright Ideas, and television commercials for DFS, Scrabble (Challenge TV) and Dolce Vita (France).
Stephane appeared in the Scandinavian arena tour of Saturday Night Fever playing the role of Double J and understudying Tony Manero and then took the lead on the recent UK tour.




Zoe's Bio

Zoe Ebsworth - Stephanie

Zoe graduated from the Italia Conti Academy with Honours.
She has most recently played the role of Susan in Murphy’s Law for ITV.
Theatre credits include; E & B Productions of GOLDILOCKS, (Theatre Royal, Lincoln and Wimbledon Theatre, London), DICK WHITTINGTON, (Hippodrome, Birmingham and Mayflower, Southampton), A BIG NIGHT OUT, THE BRIAN CONLEY SHOW and THE MICHAEL BARRYMORE SHOW. The UK Tours include; THE PAUL DANIEL'S MAGIC SHOW, ELVIS - THE MUSICAL and EVITA. Television credits include; SHOWTIME AT THE STADIUM FOR STEVEN MEAR, THE CLOTHES SHOW, THE ROYAL VARIETY PERFORMANCE, MOTHERS DAY, GOLDEN OLDIE PICTURE SHOW, THE UPPER HAND, 2 CHILDREN'S ROYAL VARIETY SHOWS, BARRYMORE, GMTV,CHILDREN IN NEED, SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER Pop Video, THE BIG STAGE, NIGHT FEVER for Channel 4, SUNDAY NIGHT AT THE LONDON PALLADIUM and several television commercials.
Zoe has toured for the Combined Services Entertainment in the Falklands, Northern Ireland and Bosnia as well as appearing in various fashion shows and trade shows. Zoe has also choreographed 2 pantos for E & B Productions.
She appeared as Donna Sue in the National Tour of GREASE where she also understudied and played the roles of Marti, Frenchie and Cha Cha.
Zoe was an original SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER cast member at the London Palladium as well as playing the role of Connie on the UK National tour. She is delighted to be part of this company, playing the role of Stephanie, and would like to thank her husband Andy and her parents for their love and support.




Alex's Bio

Alex Jessop - Bobby C

Alex trained at Laine Theatre Arts and since graduating in 2002, his talents have been much in demand, and he has fast emerged as one of Britain’s most gifted musical theatre actors.
Alex has appeared in two of the West End’s most successful musicals, ‘Chicago’ at the Adelphi Theatre, and more recently in ‘We Will Rock You’ at the Dominion Theatre, in which he understudied and played the role of ‘Galileo’. During his time in this show, the production was awarded two prizes in the ‘Capital Gold Legends Awards’ and Alex was invited to perform at the awards ceremony, as ‘Galileo’ for a star studded audience which included music legend Diana Ross.
Having trained in all aspects of dance, Alex has appeared as a feature dancer in ‘Aladdin’ and ‘Dick Whittington’ both for LWT, and for the latter he also acted as assistant choreographer.
He has also appeared as a vocalist in the ‘West End Laine’ concert at the Aldwych Theatre, and was a featured performer in the ’50 Musical Theatre Years of Stage and Screen’ concert at London’s Palace Theatre.
Having appeared as ‘Bobby C’ in the recent UK tour of ‘Saturday Night Fever,’ Alex was really thrilled to be asked to reprise this role for the current West End production.




Kym's Bio

Kym March - Annette (July 2004 -January 2005)

At the start of 2001 Kym was an unknown 24 year old musician from Wigan. Just 12 months later she had won the nationwide TV talent search Popstars, sold millions of records, performed a 36 date sold out nationwide arena tour and sung live at the Brit Awards. In 2002 she left Hear'Say, and following this released her debut solo album "Standing Tall". Kym is also a successful TV presenter and is an ambassodor for the charity Born Free.




Rebecca's Bio

Rebecca Dent - Annette (January 2005 onwards)

Originally from Lancashire, Rebecca graduated from Salford University in 2003 with a BA Hons Performing Arts degree. After winning Channel 4’s ‘Musicality’ Rebecca has recorded an album (‘Musicality: The Winners Album’) for EMI Classics, performed on ITV1’s ‘Today with Des & Mel’ and made her West End debut in November 2004 as Roxie Hart in ‘Chicago’ (Adelphi Theatre).




Shaun's Bio

Shaun Williamson - Monty (July -Sept 2004)

Shaun was born and raised in Maidstone, Kent. His career started with a variety of jobs including Postman, a stint in the Navy and working on Wines & Spirits department at Safeway's. He then gained experience as a rep for Pontin's on the Isle Of Wight and as an 18 -30's rep in Tenerife. He was the lead singer in a local band and whilst soul searching for his ideal career he joined a local amateur dramatics group. He realised he'd found something he was really good at and latterly set up his own amateur group and staged a production of "A Day In The Death Of Joe Egg" for which he won Best actor in the Kent Drama Festival. He was accepted and successfully completed a three-year acting diploma at Europe's premier Drama School The Webber Douglas Academy in Kensington. To supplement his grant he sang in pubs and clubs. On leaving drama school he appeared in several TV shows before landing the part of 'Barry Evans' in EastEnders. He is married with two children and 2 dogs.
His first love is singing and he recently won ‘Stars In Their Eyes’ for his performance as Meatloaf. He regularly appears in cabaret and working with an 11-piece band, The John Oliver Experience. He is a versatile and accomplished Stand-Up comedian, Singer and After Dinner Speaker. He is an obsessive quizzer with a wide ranging general knowledge and in depth knowledge of films, pop music and boxing. Whilst appearing on the quiz 'Today's The Day' he achieved the highest score in the history of the programme and more recently he won ‘Celebrity Mastermind’. Shaun is also a presenter and hosted 24 Hour Quiz on ITV 1. He has recently stared as ‘DJ Monty’ in the West End ‘Saturday Night Fever’. He loves reading, mainly biographies and music and film compendiums. He is actively involved in many charities including Strode Park - Theatre in The Park for the disabled, Dave Lee's Happy Holidays who have raised more than 1 million pounds to send sick kids & their families on much needed holidays.
His ambition is to continue to act both in comedy and serious drama on TV & stage and to continue to sing professionally.

Steven's Bio

Steven Serlin - Monty (Sept 2004 onwards)

Steven was born in London and trained at the Italia Conti Academy. He has just finished playing the role of Tom Jenkins in the sell-out UK Tour of Scrooge the Musical starring Tommy Steele.
Steven is most noted for creating the role of Terry, a part he received critical acclaim for in the highly popular West End and touring productions of Boogie Nights.
Other theatre credits include;
PLAYS: Nick in Bedroom Farce; Mr Boo in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice; Wayne Hudson in Popcorn; Thomas Puttnam in The Crucible.

Steven’s other passion is Comedy and he is currently writing a new TV sitcom for next year… he hopes! Steven is delighted to be reprising his role of Monty and thrilled to be reunited with his Lycra shorts!!




Jamie's Bio

Jamie Hughes Ward - Joey

Jamie began training at Arts Educational School and continued his training professionally at Laine Theatre Arts.
Jamie made his West End debut in Starlight Express as Swing covering no fewer than eight engines. This was closely followed by another year in the London production of Fame, as ensemble, whilst understudying and playing the role of Nick Piazza and Mr Myers.
He has recently played the formidable role of Sal in Oh! What a Night, having understudied and played the lead role of Rik. This production toured the UK and had a six-month run in Hamburg.
Other theatre credits include: Boogie Nights, cabaret performances directed by Mr Alan Harding, Rhythm of the Celts in Norway and Edinburgh, Jane McDonald shows in Bournemouth, and pantomime in Swansea and Cambridge.
Television credits include Back to the 80s on LWT, Michael Barrymore’s My Kind of People, The Prince’s Trust Variety Show and The Generation Game.
Jamie has also featured in a commercial for Italian chocolate, directed by Kevin Godley. He has also modelled for Lacoste in Paris.
Jamie has just finished as a Swing in the UK tour of Saturday Night Fever and is delighted to be joining the West End cast for this production.




Aykut's Bio

Aykut Hilmi - Double J

Aykut was born in North London of a Turkish father and Italian Mother (”born with Mediterranean love” as he puts it) but has worked internationally! Graduating early from ‘The London Studio Centre’, Aykut landed the role of Double J/Cover Tony Manero in his first production of ‘Saturday Night Fever’ in Germany following the Scandinavian Tour. He then went onto playing the role of Chino/Cover Bernado in the Leicester Haymarket’s production of ‘Westside Story’.
His credits include: ‘Dinotopia’, directed by Marco Brambilla, ‘The Rulers The Dealers & The Losers’, directed by Stephen Lloyd Jackson, ‘The Favour’, Rose’s Last Train’ and ‘Quiet Storm’ which was recently viewed at the Cannes film festival.
His television appearances are ‘Crimewatch UK’, ‘Harry & Cosh Diaries’ directed by Danny Boyle and BBC documentary 'The Gladiators'.
His theatre credits include: Petruchio in ‘After Juliet’ at The Young Vic, Puck in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ at the Etcetera theatre, Gary Shipman in ‘Missing’ at the Pleasance theatre, Wesley in Sam Shepard’s ‘The Curse Of The Starving Class’ at the Cockpit Theatre, and most recently Tony in the world premiere of ‘Identity Panic’ at The Greenwich Playhouse.
Aykut would like to dedicate his long awaited West End debut in loving memory of his mother who was always the musical note of the family...




Peter's Bio

Peter Hillier - Gus

Pete began his training at the Mckenzie School of speech and Drama and then went on to the Bodywork School of performing arts.
His theatre credits include: Gus in the original German cast of Saturday Night Fever, Goody in Fame at the Victoria palace (West End), Swing in the original revival of Kiss Me Kate also at the Victoria palace (West End), Eddie in A Slice Of Saturday Night UK Tour and Steve in Summer Holiday UK Tour.
His television credits include: UK Bright Ideas ident for the BBC, Ivan-Virgin Mobile campaign for Sendo phones, Agent in Undercover Lovers for Brighter Pictures, Night Fever for Channel 5, 80’s Mania for LWT and Daniel in EastEnders for the BBC.
Pete can be seen on the Ceebeebies Channel presenting a new show called BoogieBeebies.
Pete is very pleased to be returning to the show to play the part he originally played in Germany
