Welcome to our cyber-home. We are glad to have you visit us. Please remember to wipe your feet before entering. Just a small "byte" about us: We are from Portland, Maine where we lived for four years before moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico. We liked it alot, but our hearts drew us back to the salt water breezes and majestic lighthouses. So we are currently back in Portland, a place we can truly call home! This web site was designed by us to give our visitors a chance to explore, what we believe to be, two very different and beautiful places to be. We hope you enjoy the pictures below that we have obtained during our many adventures. We also hope that the informational links we have provided give you the answers you may be looking for.

Portland is a coastal port city on the Atlantic. It is built on a penninsula in Casco Bay where 365 islands, the Calendar Islands, can be found. The Greater Portland area is home to various military fort ruins and lighthouses, including the world famous Portland Head Light. The six months of winter can be harsh, but the fragrant sea breeze of summer is well worth the wait.

Albuquerque is located at the base of the 10,678 ft. Sandias, the southernmost mountains of the Rocky Mountain chain. From the top of Sandia Crest, you can see a panoramic view of the city, the Rio Grande and the mesas. The climate is unlike anywhere else. It is moderate year round, attracting various people and festivals, including the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
