Sinchi has promised to make this season their break or make season as the Chinese side threatens to leave the S-League if it does not do better than its 7th placed performance last year.

Sinchi's management gave the ultimatum after the team's disastrous start this year where it lost 5 matches in a row.

Chinese team Sinchi had the honour of becoming the first foreign team to join the S.League last season. Much was expected of the newcomers but thus far the team has failed to deliver. It finished a disappointing 7 out of 12 teams in it 1st year & now into it 2nd year it seem to be worse off.

What has went wrong & what is the club doing about it was the question posed to Wang Jinhui, Vice-Chairman of Sinchi TV FC.

He could only says the current team, a 3rd division club from China, has tried its best but the players are not enough as good as those from other S-League teams so changes must be made in June during the transfer window.

He stated that they will select 6 to 8 players from China's top clubs & they will not be like young players like the current squad as they realized the current team is too young as their average age is 20.

However he also reminded the current of players not to take it easy as they are expected to play hard during the remaining matches till the mid-season break in June, so that the new team members will have a fighting chance when they take over.

At the same time, he added if Sinchi cannot reach a target that will be better than last year then the fans will not see Sinchi in the S-League anymore. Therefore the ball is definitely left in the players court but it is an uphill task with Sinchi current second from bottom in the league with no point in a league comprising ten teams
