Woodlands Wellington who has held the SembCrop Power & Gas Challenge Cup since 2002 as an annual pre-season warm-up will be holding it on February 9 this year at Jalan Besar Stadium.

Woodlands Wellington will be looking to retain the Cup after winning the trophy last season in the Final against Kedah (Malaysia) 2-1.

This year SembCrop Power & Gas Challenge Cup will also see a change in format with it becoming a one-off match decider instead of the previous quadrangular format.

The team invited this year will be FC Basle U21 team & the FC Balse U21 team will also play a friendly with SAFFC on February 6 at Choa Chu Kang Stadium.
