| We are a small scale rescue and foster home for rats and mice, although we do work with other animals on a case by case basis. If you are interested in adopting, you can view animals that are currently looking for homes through Muridae Haven at Petfinder. You can also view all the happy endings for those that have passed through Muridae Haven's doors in the past through the Petfinder website. If you have any questions, please email me. I do require an application and contract on all adoptions, and the fee for adoption varies with the individual animal. If you do not find the pet you are looking for with us, please visit the Rat Society of America (RSA) and Ratster for a local breeder or rescue near you. The RSA features clubs with high ethical standards and is always a good starting point when looking for a healthy new companion when you are unable to locate a suitable rescue. One such club is the Society of Michigan Rat Fanciers, which you can visit by clicking on the banner below! |
