stands still.

This movie deals with "seeing" in different levels.
The director and writer Wim Wenders says:
"Can pictures or can seeing be topic
of a movie or lovestory? Wouldn't it be kind of pleonasm to make a *movie
about seeing*? Or could a SciFi-movie discover something new about it?
-So to say: Open the eyes...!?
How could a blind man learn to see in the future?
In any electorical way? -Another part of the idea is a seeing man, who
can visual the world for the blind one.
The more exact, noticing, concentrated and emotionally
the camera operator is, the more complex and precise is the subjective
image.
