TD rules and Regulations: 1) All TD's must complete at least 3 trnys a week. Now i think this is a reasonable number and you shouldn't have any trouble completeing 3 trnys a week. If for some reason you know tha tyou will not be able to do this, say your going on vacation. Then contact a HTD and have them place you on vacation. We will allow up to 2 weeks vacation only. Unless you talk to an admin and arrange other plans. Please keep this in mind. 2) Please keep in mind that you ARE a part of the sharks club staff, and the members will be looking to you for answers and or help. Please assist them in anyway possible. Either by taking care of it personally, or by sending them to someone who can answer thier questions. Also, we ask that you guys know the league rules, so you can help enforce them. If you see someone breaking the rules, please get ahold of an admin, or you can take a screen shot otherwise known as a "SS". If you need help on knowing how, please ask me. 3) Now for idle time. If your time without hosting a trny (idle time) reaches 7 days, i will send out a email addressing you with this matter, and have you handle it accordingly. If you remain idle for 10 days, your TD status will be removed. No exceptions and no excuses. You can always contact someone about your being idle. So, i hope this dont make anyone upset, but that is the way it goes. If you fail to contact someone about it, then we are left to believe that you are just not participating, and there are always people out there who would be more than willing to take your place. Remember, being a TD is a PRIVELAGE and NOT a RIGHT. Please keep that in mind. Now if any of you have any questions or concerns as to what i have covered in the above, please by all means contact me and i'll do my best to straighten you out. If at anytime you feel thaT you will not be able to complete the tasks givin to you, then you can asked to be removed and no grudges will be held. I appreciate you coperation in this matter, and i hope to see all of you active and doing your jobs. So, Good luck and have fun!!!

HTD Rules and Regulations: 1) All HTD's must complete at least 5 trnys a week. Now this rule is flexible due to the circumstances here lately. I know its hard right now due to lack of members playing during the day, but as the league picks up, you will be required to be more active. I dont think this is to much to ask, considering that you are higher than a TD, and you need to show an example for the TD's to follow. 2) The league rules will be enforced a little bit more strict on you guys than regular members or even the TD's. Like i said, you are expected to conduct yourself in a kind and repectful manor. As all the people in the league will b elooking up to you for help, or whatever else the case may be. And us admins will look to you to keep things in line when we cant be there. So basically, you do have alot of responsibilities as well as more benefits. The idle time will be a bit more lenient. I understand that being a HTD is quite a job, and there are always alot of other stuff goin on that could require your attention. So, if your idle time for hosting a trny reaches 10 days, i will send you a email bringing the matter to your attention. If your idle time reaches 15 days, you will be removed and sent back down to TD. Im sorry if this posses any problems or concerns with you, but if you cant remain active in that amount of time set above, then there is always someone else who can be. Also, being a HTD is a PRIVELAGE and NOT a RIGHT. Please keep that in mind. 3) Now, being a HTD will also hold the responsibility of training our newly added TD's. Keep in mind that we will be aquireing more and more inexpieranced TD's, and they deserve a chance to, so please dont forget that you were once a TD and needed help. So, if you come across a new TD asking you to train them, we ask that you please assist them and get them going. After training the TD's you can go ahead and switch thier status from "In Training" to "Active". You also have to add any activity in thier TD notes. This link can be found on your HTD menu. For example; lets say you train "John Doe" for single elimination trnys and you set thier status to active. Then you would enter the following in thier notes; "I trained John Doe for single Elim trnys, and i set them to active". 4) Now being a HTD, gives you the ability to host any preset trnys. On your HTD menu, you will see at the top "Administer Tournament". If you click that, you will be brought to a page listing all of the trnys created and that are open. Say your in the lobby, and a TD needs to leave, or has been booted, or anything that is preventing the TD from running the trny, we ask that you step in and finish it out for them. We do realize that your not supposed to play in a trny and host at the same time. So if you come across this situation, you are NOT allowed to host and play at the same time. Please find another HTD who is not in the trny to come and take over. Or if possible, remove yourself from the trny if you wish. But, you can only do this on swiss style trnys. 5) You are also givin the ability to change TD's status. If a TD asks you to place them on vacation, you may do so. However, you must enter this in the TD's notes and state the reason that they have givin you. We ask that you leave the status changing of other HTD's to the admins, unless givin previos authority to do so. 6) As for placing an Active TD back into Training, you will need a very good reason and/or proof. Please don't abuse your power, as i would hate for any disiplinary actions to be taken against you. So, if you feel that you have enough reason to do so, then you may, but make sure you are 100% positive before doing so. Now if any of you have any questions or concerns as to what i have covered in the above, please by all means contact me and i'll do my best to straighten you out. If at anytime you feel thaT you will not be able to complete the tasks givin to you, then you can asked to be removed and sent back down to TD. I appreciate you coperation in this matter, and i hope to see all of you active and doing your jobs. So, Good luck and have fun!!!
