Dr. Webman is a fully functional HTML editor brought to you by Dr. Ray's Software and Mr. Wonka. This program is still under construction, so we would love to hear any comments or suggestions that you might have about it. Some of the tasks the web pad makes easy are image insertion and scaling, inserting objects into your webpages (text boxes, marquees, lines,links etc.), text formatting (color,font, size, orientation etc.). In addition this application has its own native browser to view your document in, or you can easily open it in your default browser from Dr. Webman. As this program is under development still, we are only offering it as freeware until July 15, 1998. So hurry up and check it out! Needs - MSIE 3.0 or greater previously installed
