Born to a musical academic and a nurse during the last year of Nigerian Civil War. On the Biafran side that is. As an ex soldier I consider myself to be untainted by the filty lucre of the ex-generals.

Belive in your self. Work hard at raising your self esteem. There is nothing like a humble Ego, it can take you to heights you never imagined. Of course that can only come about with hard work and persistence.

Couch Potato.
A former black belt in Kung Fu and Red in Taekwando both achieved in a 7 year span upto University. Sadly I'm retired.
Still staying fit with Tennis (lots of it), Jogging for stamina and the occational gym visits to build core strength.
For all you folks who may decide to dare me. Remember there is noting as dangerious as a retired master of the oriental arts. So beware !!
