It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular, 1997 Liberty Home. One of the bedrooms has been used as an office space, extra room. It was professionally installed in May 1997. It size is 28X40. It has vinyl siding, composition roof. Totally energy efficient.
House comes with these features starting in the kitchen.

Kitchen: Electric range, Refrigerator, built in dishwasher. Wall papered walls, bay windows in the kitchen. There is an open counter in between the kitchen and livingroom..

Livingroom: has a woodstove for emergency heat in the winter. The stove has a glass window, and one handle to open the door. It was professionally installed as well. The living room walls are white textured. Carpet is forest green in color.

Master Bedroom: has wall papered flowers in lavender and teal as does the master bathroom. There is a garden tub in the master bath along with a walk in closet.

Utility Room: Hook up for washer and dryer and back door exit. Also the second bathroom is in this area and can be closed off from the livingroom while doing your laundry.

Bedrooms: are at the other end of the home, also wall papered. One has a walk in closet. The back bedroom does not have a closet and has always been used as an office area or den. You may add a wardrobe closet for more clothing space if you wanted too.

Our water comes from a community well, governed by 3 commissioners who live in the community. Voted for by the people. The water district name is Tahuya River Valley Water District.

The Electric company is PUD 3 and the county is Mason. The home is in NORTH Mason, 34 miles from Shelton. Only 20 minutes to the Bremerton PSNS Navy Shipyard, Seattle ferry or Southworth, West Seattle, Fauntleroy ferry. Important to you as I explain later. The elementary school is Sandhill, middle school is Hawkins and Highschool is North Mason High. The rural school bus stops very close to the house to pick the kids up and drop them off.

Mason County Transit bus service is free, it comes out on certain days. You call them ahead of time for pick up at your house, I believe you can go to Ferry Terminal in Bremerton, Silverdale and Shelton if you want to.

The home is in the Tahuya River Valley Community in Washington State. We are in Fire District 2. We are 5 minutes to Belfair State Park. We have approximately 250 owners in the community. Not all of them live here some just own property and some a vacation home. The dues are to maintain the community properties like our lake, park and clubhouse. You must be a member to use the facilities. As a renter in good standing you are allowed those things. The lake is stocked each year with trout, and that comes from the annual membership dues.

The members have purchased a dock with and extention and a bench that is maintenance free and there is a children playground. We have other playground toys for the older kids ie. Slide, merry-go-round, swings, monkey bars. There is a cabana covering and picnic table with a BBQ at the lake for family gatherings. We also have a basketball court, tether ball game at the clubhouse.  Pictures can be seen at the Covenants site.

We have an Internet Community Crime Awareness connected to each other who want to be on the list. We communicate with each other about problems we may have in the community and suspicous activity, Mason County Sheriff is involved as well. We receive a monthly 911 call report as to what is happening in the Tahuya area. Our neighborhood roads are specifically marked so we know where we are to the problems. We all watch each others backs. Like the old days...

Now the part about North Mason and the importance to you if you work in Seattle and surrounding areas. I commuted to my job in Seattle from this community for 3 years. I drive about 20 minutes to Bremerton and take the ferry and ride across to Seattle....excellent commute! There is also the West Seattle (Fauntleroy/Southworth Ferry) It is a 35 minute run and about the same distance in driving to the ferry. You probably sit in traffic the same amount of time I am driving to and riding the ferry. It is peaceful and a quiet time to unwind. Seattle has excellent jobs, and bigger pay then this end of the state. So to purchase monthly passes to walk on or drive on is NOT bad when you do it in a package. AND NO ROAD RAGE!
