Mad Computers

Here's how Mad Scientist's do computers!

This 10 Gb hard drive uses a plain old roll of scotch tape to store data.

Pretty impressive, hm?

If you're trying to overclock a regular hard drive, it will burn up if not cooled properly.

This one is water-cooled  - an air conditioned hard drive!

Serious Mad Scientists, however, don't stop at plain old AC.

They do serious overclocking, and therefore need serious cooling.

This hard drive is N-cooled - that's liquid Nitrogen for the laypeople out there.

This is a close-up view of the N-cooled hard drive.
