Clone.Manga - Hands down my favorite webcomic (site). You'll actually find several different comics here, all done by Dan Kim. Paper Eleven and Kanami are the more serious story oriented ones. Beautifully drawn, but both very dark story-wise and art-wise. Though Paper Eleven has ended, Kanami is the current attraction for me. It follows the story of a terminally ill girl, and her obsession with her brother that leads her to do all sorts of bad things. You'll also find a few other more comedy oriented comics, though alot of the humor is still dark. One of my favorite sites, period.
Exploitation Now - This was one of my first favorite webcomics. If you can stand the cursing, fan service and toilet humor then check it out. This one is anime-styled, and is one of the better drawn webcomics I've come across. It's ended, but the creator, Poe, has gone on to create a more serious fantasy comic, Errant Story.
MegaTokyo - Used to be my favorite webcomic, but it's gone downhill (at least imo) in the past few years. I link it just for the hell of it. It follows the misadventures of two gamers who find themselves stranded in Japan.
Penny Arcade - Regardless of what people think of it, Penny Arcade is one of the most well known webcomics out there. Tycho and Gabe comment on happenings in the world of gaming, and other random stuff too. Nevermind that you have to read a newspost to understand most of their newer comic strips. :P

4chan.org - I love it, I hate it. An image messageboard that allows anonymous posting of pictures. Divided into lots of sections. Definately not for those who are easily offended, but a great source for pictures...sometimes. You've been warned.
Animesuki.com - One of the most popular anime sites on the web for fansubs. Don't expect to find anything that's been licensed in the US though. You'll need BitTorrent to download here.
Aoi Nanase's Official Webpage (Japanese) - An amazing artist. I used one of her drawings for my banner, and while I'm sure no one minds, I think it's best I link to her site regardless.
isani's Narcissu translation - Narcissu is a visual novel about a terminally ill young man and woman who meet in a hospital, and one day decide they want to try and escape what they are otherwise fated for. To this day, it's one of the most beautiful and tragic stories I've ever experienced in any medium, and I strongly urge those who are open minded enough to download it and experience it for themselves.

FilePlanet - A GameSpy website. Tons of tons of gaming related files can be found here. While infamous for their line system, they seem to get alot of exclusive downloads and beta tests.
GameSpot - The place I go to keep up with gaming news.
